20 Domande per conoscere te stessa/o

Quale miglior periodo per parlare un pò a te stessa/o? . Rifletti, siamo sempre presi dal lavoro , traffico per tornare a casa, preparare i vari pranzi cene e colazioni , controllare i compiti, lavarsi , programmarsi la giornata successiva , segnarsi i regali da comprare (in questo periodo natalizio).. Insomma non riusciamo a vita normale a fermarci un attimo , perchè non prendiamo proprio questo momento che siamo a casa, per fare una chiaccherata con noi stessi, trovare senza mentire i nostri lati positivi e migliorare quelli negativi , e perchè no forse riusciremo finalmente a non trovare più scuse per poter finalmente iniziare un percorso sportivo!

Quindi stampa pure questa pagina, prendi un diario e una penna e comincia a scrivere , ricorda che devi buttare fuori tutto, del resto non puoi mentire a te stessa/o !
